The story behind the name

Translating the obsession of an architect into product research.

We named the platform after Antoni Gaudí, an architect who built beyond his time and treated every material as a question worth answering precisely.

Gaudí designed and built in a way that was beyond his time. He built structural systems that engineers wouldn't fully understand for decades. He didn't wait for permission or precedent, he just built. Six of his buildings are collectively a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

He spent the last twelve years of his life living on the construction site of the Sagrada Família, a cathedral he knew would outlive him, because he believed in building for the long game.

We named the platform Gaudi for an architect who spent his life obsessing over building materials and legacy; because that's exactly what we're doing, one data layer at a time.

What we carry forward

/ 01

Build beyond precedent

Gaudí built structural systems engineers wouldn't fully understand for decades. We build product research tools that operate the same way, ahead of the standard, designed for what architecture actually needs.

/ 02

Material obsession

He treated stone, glass, and iron with the rigor of a scientist and the eye of an artist. We treat manufacturer data the same way: sourced, structured, citable, and never approximated.

/ 03

Craft at every scale

From the curve of a column to the silhouette of a skyline, every detail mattered. Our answers carry that same chain of evidence from spec sheet to assembly to project.

/ 04

Built for the long game

He spent his last twelve years living on the Sagrada Família site, building something that would outlive him. We're building the durable infrastructure for how architects research products, one data layer at a time.
